Student Registration
Registration dates for all schools for the 2011-2012 school year can be downloaded here.
RETURNING students need the following for registration:
1) 2 proofs of residency - - proofs must be original documents not more than 30 days old - preferred proofs are utility bills, also accepted are filed homestead exemption form, lease agreements, driver's license, tax receipts, mortgage documents, voter registration card, other official documents as approved by school administrator. These proofs must be brought to the school on registration day in order for registration to be complete.
2) (Please do not fill out forms marked new student.) Fill out registration forms online
NEW students need the following for registration:
1) Certified Birth Certificate
2) Social Security Card
3) Withdrawal form from previous school
4) Last report card from previous school

6) Mississippi immunization form - out of state forms must be taken to health department and converted to the required Mississippi form.
