The Mission of the District Police Department is to promote safety by acting as a visible, active law enforcement figure on school campuses, at School-sponsored events, and within the community by addressing law related issues occurring on campus.
We provide a resource to students, staff and the community in order to bridge the gap between police officers and youth. We endeavor to increase positive attitudes towards law enforcement.
The Lamar County School District is committed to helping all of our students through innovative teaching in a safe nurturing environment. |
